Big Phonics - er ir ur

 Today in Big Phonics we practised all the sounds we have learnt this week - er, ir and ur. We had three games. One where we practised writing the different graphemes. Another game where we read lots of word with the er sounds and had to work out if they were real or aliens words. Then the last game was where we picked a picture card out of the bag and had to work out which er grapheme it had in it. We got a counter if we got it correct but lost a counter if we picked a rain card! Everyone did really well reading all their er ur and ir words!
